If you sell products, make sure it is something that sells well enough with sufficient margin for life.
3) Do you have a "Plan B"? Many would say that to have the idea of a Plan B in the back of your mind is negative thinking. I say that is to think smart and should be considered early in the process of business plan. When taking into account that three of our four companies fail, you should really be ready to put a plan B into action if necessary.
Some of what I wrote can be considered severe, but as a successful businessman, I know that some of the pitfalls and I am sure Would you like to see avoided.
