I want to open a SEP IRA, rollover my 401k, and do stock trading … all with a single company. Who is best?

I use the fidelity of my 401K, Ameritrade for my stocks, Wells Fargo for my checking, IngDirect of my savings account, Chase for my credit cards and HELOC, and WaMu for my mortgage. I am looking to consolidate a bit, so do not have to deal with so many log-ins and interfaces. I also have to open an IRA September before the deadline imposed. If I want to at least consolidate my 401K, SEP IRA, and stock trading with a company, what the company should go? Schwab? Ameritrade? Fidelity? Wellsfargo? * Trade? Another company? My must-haves are: 1. N / Fees Low 2. Good Customer Service 3. Intuitive Interface line 4. Quick and easy setting up (for example, account created, overturning the initial deposit, etc.) Thanks for your help!

Vanguard will yield lower prices. Schwab will probably give the best service.
