My friends tell me that investors should be able to give a spoken three minutes on why you are buying a certain value. I listened these guys long enough to understand three things that matter to them. You have to say how the company positions itself in general, how it is good job, and if their leaders are thinking carefully about the future.

I am an investment advisor, but if I had money, that's how I want to talk about investments in mine.
