I live on the island of Saipan U.S. Commonweatlh athe. If I trade in securities in CNMI should we pay taxes.?
I live in the Saipan U.S. Community near Guam. If I trade in securities, while I am there I have to pay taxes on gains from the sale of shares. If anyone knows please reply.
