Experience. All Level II does is give more supply / demand information. Instead of seeing only the best bid / offer, see further. Whether or not it is worth is debatable. Some like, some experienced investors to ignore. If it does, the best think to do is follow the Level II quotes and price movement. See if you say anything. Also, be aware that the level II is in the NASDAQ. Any bid / ask quotes will not be displayed.
