Buying calls deep in the money … easy to sell or exercise?

I'm new to option trading. A friend of mine told me that he like to buy deep in the money calls on stocks, and he has made some money doing this. I understand that options trading as an action and can not sell at any time. However, if a call is deep in the money, can I sell the option and collect the money? or more than likely going to do exercises and actions? Thank you.

The same applies to places. If the difference is -. -. 70 90, trade must work for the merchant. Moreover, the problem that many traders find: simply do not buy enough time and / or buying too far from out of money. A commercial very true, I taught: "On Wall Street, no gifts."
