Who are the people outside the court?
I was on a jury, and each day would go to court I'd like to see a group of people standing before the court. Everybody was standing there listening to a man and sounded as if saying that the number and had a small radio. Anybody know what these kids were doing? Maybe trade stocks or something?
Likely an auction for property taken for nonpayment of taxes.
