6 monitors, 3 video cards, what power supply?
Hello everyone, I'm looking to build a computer online to buy and sell actions. I thought the best way to get 6 monitors DVI (22 "-25") would be 3 video cards (two each). What power supply Do you think I need? I've been told anywhere in 750W to 1200W. This is the configuration that I would go with: EVGA 790i FTW Motherboard Intel Quad Q9550 XFX video cards 3 9400 GT 4 GB memory Windows XP programs that use graphics are not very intense but I will be running 4-6 programs at once. I do not think I need the top of the line video cards, but I wish they continue to play a HD movie from time to time. Opnions Any other would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Id say 700-800watts them even 9400GT is not using much energy to OK.
