We have had several requests from customers over the "inevitable" impending Doom we face.

Opinions differ on the cause ultimate cheap about this merger.

We read the morning newspaper with breakfast, maybe check online in a couple of times a day to see what is happening in the world, and turn on the TV when we returned to watch the news. All these data sources have become inextricably linked to our daily lives, and we hope that the information provided is accurate and reliable. We tend to assume that we're all getting the information they need to form good opinions on politics, tomorrow's weather, and of course our investment.

But it is important to remember that media companies are businesses. Your work is to make money, like any other company. They are there to make profits, and income main vinegar is advertising. The more your audience more advertising revenue it can generate.

For investments in the communications media, one of the best ways to attract an audience larger is to create a sense of urgency is fueled by two main drivers of investor psychology: greed and fear.

Therefore, funding focuses on stories of people to come prepared for big profits (greed) and warnings of imminent catastrophe (the fear).

Articles with titles like "The actions should be Right Now", or five things to avoid "should say something about the sign of Media attempts to create. You certainly do not want to lose the opportunity of "the next big thing." Perhaps more importantly, you do not want make a major error.

Our observation was that fear of being targeted to the holders of common parts under conditions unstable market, while the greed oriented generally appear more often when things go well.

This approach is not good for investors. When markets decline, the media feeds on the fears of investors, focusing on risks, for fear in times of uncertainty attracts visitors and subscribers. Unfortunately, the sale, after a rapid decline in the market is almost never a good idea. In other words, fear fed by the media after a fall on the market, mainly by encouraging investors to make the worst possible sale when to exercise their activities or possibly even purchase.

It is important to understand that we do not claim that the commercial media deliberate lie. However, we can say that the commercial media have a financial interest in making money, and therefore are not always the best source financial information complete and objective.

So what do you recommend?

– Be aware that most information that you see in the media is not accurate. Often, what you see is sensational. Why be depressed by the "bad" when things is not reality.

– Identify as "bad" or "good" things are based on the experience of real life, not what you see in media.

– Never investment decisions on the basis of what is seen in the press.

– As always, I recommend patience.

But besides sharing many things are traded on the Exchange. In the television business news used to show people trying to answer 3 or more phones at once, and looking to flash cries. I sat with these problems since long, and when I'm just trying to understand what is what I get answers or under teminolgy I do not understand, I hope that this Sometimes I'll get a response and Consis understanble!?

This is really not as confusing as you think. securities markets and the stock market is the same thing. For example, the NYSE, NYSE … a place where investors stocks .. But do not confuse with the Stock Exchange Index .. Bag New York, for example, has many indexes … that Dow Jones Industrial Average … which measures the performance of the 30 largest U.S. companies .. IBM, Wal-Mart … etc. S & P 500 .. Measurement is further index of 500 companies that meet the criteria of the SEC .. Security and Exchange commition … etc. .. .. Hope this helps;)
