Stock Trading Option Trading likes?? —->?
If I buy 100 shares of XYZ, I know you buy these from SB …. When I sell, the SB has to buy Me … usually with shares thats never a problem at all. How does it work with options. Is it really true that I can buy all the options and I have "to find" sb who wants to sell ….. I can also sell these options every time I want …. Fot example when I look at the history of a certain option volume is 0 in the last 30 days, so no trades, they could still easily buy and sell …!? SB is able to answer this question will know SB doesn't mean that "securities firm" lol All I know that if trade in Europe or options, puts and calls, or does not need anyone to buy or sell, even if there without volume …! That's why I wonder how it is here ….. I check out the U gave me all the websites to find common settings DOW, NAS and S / P. … I'm happy to more suggestions … just wants normal trade calls on the major indexes to 3 … thank you very much
No, no, no .. you can not sell an option without trade volume (which is the lack of liquidity). However, if you bring the option, you have the right to buy at a fixed price (calls) or the right to sell at a specified price (put). If there is no negotiation, you can still exercise the option and buy / sell shares based on your choice, assuming that its bid was worth the sorrow. For example, wanted to buy 1 contract of XYZ with an exercise price of say $ 100. If the share price of XYZ stock rose to $ 120 from the day you brought the option and tomorrow is the due date, then you can decide to exercise the right of option to buy shares at $ 100. However, if you want to sell an option in – of money (you have a gain if you sell), then you need a third party to purchase and trading volume, or else you're stuck with it.
