How can I tell if a company is fake or fraud?
There's this company called "Aveeva" in California. They say that I am offered a position and help me apply for work visa (I am not a citizen, but with legal personality), but I have to pay $ 2,500 for the H1 visa application. This is my concern: 1. This company is looking for people need H1 visa, all applicants pay an application fee first. That's a lot of money and will a good reason to give rise to fraud. 2. The company located in California, I'm in Connecticut. I could not physically go there to check for this company. I chcked your website, I could not tell whether they are fraud. Reviewed by the action of the company, not a securities trading company. Question: Is there any way to find out this company actully exists and is a fraud?
